Back in 2017 my close friends father had a little bump under his arm. Within weeks it grew the size of a golf ball, then months passed and it grew bigger than a softball or grapefruit. He was diagnosed with cancer but very late before they can actually heal him so he ended up passing within a few months. We were very close and he was young as well. I wondered how can someone so young and active die of cancer ? Then the next day I came across some info on food and then saw "What the Health" on Netflix and I legit gave up meat the next day ! It wasn't hard at all knowing that they put toxic adicic chemicals that cause cancer. That is when my life changed for the better. I was the only one in my circle or family who was vegan it was a lonely road and it took a lot of patience and studying up ! But I didn't care because I told myself I would be dedicated to helping those who are ill around me and the world ! We have all lost too many people in our family due to a poor diet, lack of exercise, poor mindset, and habits. Here I am 8 years later still on my vegan diet feeling better than ever !
